How do I place an order?
Within each product page is an "Add to Cart" link. On the billing pages, fill out all appropriate areas, such as, invitation verbeige, text choice and/or color, billing information, shipping address and payment details. An email will be sent confirming your order, along with a proof for your review. We will not print the order without your approval.

your name, number to be reached and best time to call. We will return the call as soon as possible.
We understand that some people prefer to speak to a live person when placing an order. We welcome your call, so don't hesitate to call your order in to us.
How and what service to you use for shipping?
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders are shipping 2nd Day Air. We will provide overnight shipping on an as needed basis. Please make sure to note "rush order" upon placing your order. We will follow up with a phone call or email on timing of completing your order and shipping details.
How do I pay and what service of payment methods do you use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. These are
processed through our secure Shopping Cart System or by contacting us
directly.
All orders placed within the state of Florida will be charged state sales tax of
6.5%.
What is your return policy?
All customized and/or personalized orders are non-refundable.
